I have been trying to get information for a part for a mobile home for over a week and finally I went to Pride Plumbing. They could not have been more helpful and spent so much time checking for what I needed, and were successful. Others I went to could not be bothered helping me. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing, their name fits with their service. I rate them 10 out of 10, it is so hard to get good service these days, I cannot fault them. That goes for all of the reception staff as well.

Thanks for your advice regarding the services you offer and the suggestion that older units are just not worth the money to continue to service. As two of our units are beyond or getting close to the 10 year mark we will stop to reconsider our next move before having servicing done.

Following the timely reconnection of the gas main following replacement, I would like to thank you Grant, Lyndon and Ryan for the way you conduct your business. I just want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service Pride staff consistently provide. I would like to particularly mention Liam who attended my property a number of times to do plumbing and a small tiling job. Liam always turned up between 3-5 minutes early, was always polite, informative, efficient and he also left the areas clean and tidy every time. The tiling is fantastic it looks amazing, I couldn’t be happier. Personally this renovation has been extremely stressful for me and Pride has been one of the few places where I experienced some relief from what has been a relentless nightmare!!
